Stratagy ES training class is available to all current Toshiba customers with a Toshiba Stratagy iES, ES or MAS voice mail. The classes are generally on the 2nd or 3rd Wednesday of the month and require PRE-REGISTRATION to attend. Below is a basic outline of the topics covered.

    • Starting NetMeeting using the conf shortcut thru the run menu.
    • Setting up NetMeeting to connect

    • Starting and stopping Stratagy
    • Installing backup software 2.1
  • Stratagy Admin
    • Installing admin software on users PC
    • Installing Backup Software 2.1 on users PC
    • Connecting to Stratagy for the first time
    • Toolbar icons NOT USED!
    • Using Mailbox Editor
      1. Creating user agents
      2. Deleting user agents
      3. Setting or changing security code
      4. Directory names
      5. Mailbox options (length of messages etc.)
      6. Copy and delete
      7. Auto scheduling
      8. Notification
      9. Unified Messaging
      10. Distribution groups
  • Backup 2.1
    • Running backup for the first time
    • Creating a backup folder to copy to
    • Setting up Programs to backup (Stratagy, ACD, Taske)
    • Verifying backup completed successfully
