eManager training class is available to all current Toshiba CTX/CIX customers. The classes are generally on the 2nd or 3rd Wednesday of the month and require PRE-REGISTRATION to attend. Below is a basic outline of the topics covered.

  • Product introduction
    • Prerequisites on the computer before eManager can be installed.
    • Installing eManager Software.
    • Creating a profile for your company.
    • Making sure the IP address to the CIX is reachable using the ping utility.
    • Connecting to the equipment and identifying the versions of software on the CIX and the version of eManager.

      7. Station Speed Dial

      1. Pointing DID's (Primarily for T-1 users with DID or PRI users with DID)
      2. Calling Number (For ISDN PRI users only!)
