Toshiba announced the availability of the Remote Call Control (RCC) application that provides telephony integration with Microsoft Office Communications Server (OCS) 2007. Remote Call Control enables you to perform several useful telephony communication functions from the OCS client application, Microsoft Office Communicator 2007. This includes the ability to see the presence and telephone status of other users, click to call from Communicator or Microsoft Office System’s application and also perform other telephony call control functions like hold and transfer.

It's that time of year again! For customers running on older Toshiba CTX/CIX or DK processors, please follow the instructions below to update your phone system's time. Bare in mind, that voice mail systems keep time also and must be updated independently.
